Simply replace the pictures using the same name and size. We have 3 sets of photos: 45 pictures of 900x800, 720x844 5 photos PSD or PNG files with Alpha background (Transparent) and 7 photos of 360x467. Very easy to organize and rendering is very fast by having all the effects and pre-rendered files (around 25 min). We can use the entire project or only necessary scenes.
